SEVEN SWEETS TO SAVOR
1. English Toffee
2. Peanut Butter Blossoms
perfect for under the mistletoe
this year i would like to try peppermint kisses
atop a chocolate cookie
or
white chocolate kiss on gingerbread
 3. Christmas Pretzel Twists
a peppermint kiss
melted on a pretzel
green and red m & m s
placed in the melted kiss for color
so easy, so delicious

 5. Gingerbread Cookies
fun to decorate
even more fun to eat

 6. Scrabble
for the salt and sweet lovers
every year, my mom would make her recipe for scrabble
carefully seasoned and mixed
never pulled from the oven too soon
the scent filled the kitchen
commonly known today as chex mix
it is alway fun to see what people pick out as their favorites
for the sweet tooth
mix the popcorn with melted white chocolate
or for gooeyness
marshmallow creme
throw in the chex cereal, the cranberries
m & m s
crushed candy cane pieces
salty or sweet
 or both
scrabble continues to be a favorite
7. Pink Peppermint Frozen Yogurt
pure refreshment
we prefer it out of the self serve machine
at the maverick
for more elegance
drizzle hot fudge
and stick a candy cane in the mound of pink delight

*some images came off google
happy sweet savoring over
