we missed the knock this evening
as we continued
a christmas
tradition
with grandma garff
mom and dad
at the
chuck-a-rama
(i guess it is a tradition for many
unbelievably crowded)
what fun we had
as we rehearsed
hilarious memories

had beautiful christmas
decorations
and appreciated the opportunity
to share this beauty
with someone
we were thrilled to be the someones
on the way home
a street of lights
with the christmas
countdown
when we returned
there at our door
was a bucket
the note read
"TEN LORDS
of the hobbit LEAPING
over the sewer pipes..."
a receipt
(no way...to good to be true)
toilet bowl cleaner
and a gift coupon to the movies
could we feel more blessed?
