events and celebrations brought
a joyful conclusion to
the 2012-2013
school year

junior high teachers
provided
opportunities for students
to summarize their achievements and GROWTH
growth, maybe height is a better word...
literally measured
by mr. smith's math classes

classroom of "BOARDOM"
hardly

PLUS the
  WALL OF PROBABILITY

mr. whitmore's original assignment
of ICOSAHEDRONS
that dangled from the ceiling

became a colorful
intertwined heap upon the floor

mrs. cordero
took DICHOTOMUS KEYS
to a whole new level

as each student classified
a banana split of their preference

senora garner
brightened up the hallways
with student's delicate designs
CINCO DE MAYO?

and her award winning smile

mr. heeringa
became a first time dad
just as CHOICE PROJECTS
reached fruition
(he is also the on teacher
responsible for the
"WHOOOOOO ARE YOU?"
questionnaire)

mrs. buster
with the patience of job
 accomplished
a wonderful feat

 the warming weather
tempted some of the teachers to
 move class outside

mrs. turley
put away the animals
the costumes
shakespeare
the masks

and tied up loose ends
on a spectacular YEARBOOK
for the student body to sign

mrs. kugler's
choirs
held a MUSICAL
PERFORMANCE
of years highlights
which now have a HOME on my itunes

mr. donahue
headed up a day at LAGOON
and 9th GRADE
PROMOTION

mrs. palmer's
HISTORICAL
CHARACTERS
popped into the window display
darling
clever
dolls
made out of soda pop bottles
and handcrafted costumes

mrs. butler and mrs. kugler
entertained the community
with a fantabulous TALENT SHOW
and
believe me
early light has talent !
tryouts
dress rehearsal
competition
prizes
exciting

talents ranged
from gymnastics
dance
dramatic readings
drums
banjo
piano
violin
and
"secrets"
played by
beautiful blue dress

aside the strings
of brotherly love

i walked the halls
and talent,
brilliant, bold and colorful
 talent was everywhere
at the ELEMENTARY

in the LIBRARY

and from the  JUNIOR HIGH

mr. malzl
collected student artwork
for an ART SHOW
to run in harmony
with the
WAX MUSEUM
absolutely artistically clever and creative sign
study each letter to note the meaning and significance

each art project assigned
was featured
by a different student
with the remaining art materials
new art was created
and
recycled

9TH GRADE students
savored a beautiful evening
and seven course dinner
at LA CAILLE

after a year of school uniforms
it was quite an experience
to see these familiar faces
dressed
as true ladies and gentlemen

then there was the FIELD DAY
organized by
mr. lansing
and the
junior high students
water relays

music
chalk art
face painting
races
