REMEMBER

i REMEMBER exactly where

 i was eleven years ago...

in the process of having our

faculty photograph.

"smile"

the rest of the day was the

beginning of a new america.

today, i wondered

who would REMEMBER
NOT TO FORGET

i found great irony in the fact that i would be behind

a truck with a painted flag

I DID NOT FORGET

TO REMEMBER on my work

the south jordan library

DID NOT FORGET

TO REMEMBER

the south jordan police station

DID NOT FORGET

TO REMEMBER

the south jordan local business '

DID NOT FORGET

TO REMEMBER

walgreens

 DID NOT FORGET

TO REMEMBER

the post office

DID NOT FORGET

TO REMEMBER

AMERICA, AMERICA

SEPTEMBER 11, 2012

oh beauiful for spacious skies

for amber waves of grain

for purple mountain majesties

 above the fruited plains

 america

 america

god shed his grace on thee

and crown thy good

with brotherhood

from sea

to shining sea
