TO COLOR OR NOT TO COLOR...THAT IS THE QUESTION

yes COLOR

now that is an interesting thing

i pretty much love all COLORS

i love them bright and bold

i love them soft and subtle

 (my sister, chelle,is the master maker of
 meltaway cookies
bake a gazillion
and by the end of the occasion
an empty tray

i will have to post her recipe)

i just plain love COLOR

even a hint of COLOR
can be a real pick me up

unless

your son has filled his water balloons 

with food COLORING

(little splashes of blue
everywhere like the side of our home)

or upon finding a bright green can of spray paint

looks pretty guilty

he just had to paint something

and would have painted more

if not for a questionning adult

then there is the no COLOR

which can be a downer

like when i did wash last week 

without my contact lenses

and poured bleach instead of detergent

bleach...a real COLOR zapper

i tried to rescue as many items of clothing

the moment i discovered the mistake
COLOR woes
("mom, that was my favorite shirt!")

yea for me!
