IT'S ABOUT TIME

i love labor day weekend. 

that one extra day to spend TIME
the way that I choose.

 someTIMES it is wrapping up
that last summer project. 

someTIMES it is about
turning off the alarm clock. 

someTIMES it means starting out the week 

with all the laundry
 folded and put away. 

this is a day when the whole family
 has the same day off. 

maybe it will be a day when we can
go on that hike to donut falls. 

someTIMES it is an opportunity to reflect. 

for the past two plus months
i have been carrying around 

this young women's booklet hoping 

for the TIME just to sit down

 and preview another wonderful creation
of my awesome sister, 

michelle bodine. 

ironically, 

the theme for girl's camp was
 "it's about TIME..." 

"it's about TIME for me to ponder

 this masterful work that only has value to me, 

when i have completed the blank lines. 

so tomorrow...i will make the TIME

to obey,

 to smile, 

to recognize, 

to progress, 

to move forward, 

to balance

 and to remember the people i love. 

i am thinking... 

maybe i will even start today.
